End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using the software product 'EALL', you agree to this agreement.
The software product is developed and maintained by Eehyeon Information Technology, a sole proprietor (hereinafter referred to as 'The Company').

1. License

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You may use the software for personal use. You are prohibited from selling, reselling, copying, modifying, distributing the software.

2. Theme Subscription

The 'EALL' app provides various themes to users. Users can subscribe to the themes by paying a certain fee, which will renew automatically until the subscription is canceled by the user. Users can cancel the subscription at any time.

3. Use of iCloud and CoreData

The 'EALL' app stores user information in iCloud and CoreData. By allowing this, it helps to protect and sync your data.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The 'EALL' software and all related documents and materials are owned by The Company and are protected by domestic and international copyright laws. No intellectual property rights are transferred by this agreement.

5. Termination

If you violate the terms of this agreement, The Company can terminate this agreement immediately.

6. Changes

The Company may change the terms of this agreement as needed, and such changes will be posted in the 'EALL' app or on The Company's website.

7. Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed and interpreted by the laws of the Republic of Korea. All disputes arising out of this agreement will be decided in the courts of the Republic of Korea.

2. 테마 구독

'EALL'앱은 이용자에게 다양한 테마를 제공합니다. 이용자는 일정 요금을 지불함으로써, 테마를 자동 갱신형 구독 상품으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 이는 이용자가 구독을 취소할 때까지 주기적으로 갱신되며, 이용자는 언제든지 구독을 취소할 수 있습니다.

3. iCloud 및 CoreData 사용

'EALL'앱은 이용자의 정보를 iCloud와 CoreData에 저장합니다. 이용자는 이를 허용함으로써 이용자의 데이터를 보호하고 동기화하는 데 도움이 됩니다.

5. 종료

이용자가 본 계약의 조건을 위반할 경우, 회사는 본 계약을 즉시 종료할 수 있습니다.

6. 변동 사항

회사는 필요에 따라 본 계약의 조건을 변경할 수 있으며, 그러한 변경 사항은 'EALL' 앱 또는 회사의 웹사이트에 게시됩니다.

7. 법률 및 분쟁 해결

본 계약은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며 해석됩니다. 본 계약과 관련하여 발생한 모든 분쟁은 대한민국의 법원에서 결정됩니다.
